Stunning Coastal Walks in the Costa Brava

The beautiful coastal paths of the Costa Brava (Camí de Ronda) run from Blanes (1hr from Barcelona) at the beginning of the Costa Brava up to Portbou in the north. 

There are plenty of long walks but you can also find shorter 30 mins walks - more my style! Usually finishing with a coffee at the end.

These photos are from the recent walk we did from Sa Riera beach (start the walk from the stairs to the left of the beach) to Pals beach, walking past the beautiful Illa Roja Beach. It takes around 30-40 minutes max. and it´s fine for kids too. The views are gorgeous and it´s such a lovely way to spend a morning in the Costa Brava.

Another great walk along these paths is the route from Calella (de Palafrugell) to Llafranc. Again this is a short walk (perfect!) and even my 85 year old Granda did it with us! It´s even more gentle than the walk mentioned above and both beach towns are full of bars and restaurants if you fancy lunch at the end of the walk.
